I’m an award winning behavioural change life & business coach. Originally from Bolton, I now live in Bedfordshire & I’m the Wife of a Welshman and Mummy to two winks.
I have found my purpose at last and I now coach people to get free of the past and move into their glorious future. My role is multi-faceted as I work as a coach, mentor, trainer and motivational speaker as well as writing for various publications on the subject of mindset and transformational change. I now have a job that I totally love. I call it ‘Happy work’ and I literally bounce out of bed every morning.
I am proud to be an Empath, it’s my badass super-power, and not only do I love connecting with people, I also find it very easy to get to the root of what is holding a person back and help them see how this can change. I know what it feels like to struggle with shame, self-doubt, self-sabotage and fear of failure and so I am perfectly placed to help people understand and overcome these challenges.
As a behavioural change life & business coach, my clients put their trust in me so I make sure they are in good hands by ensuring I’m fully qualified and accredited to carefully help them break free of the shackles and move forward. In 2019 I won a Influential Businesswoman’s award for the most inspirational woman in Behaviour Coaching.
I’m trained and accredited in the following modalities:-
Master Practitioner – Neuro Linguistic Programming
Master Practitioner – Clinical Hypnotherapy
Master Practitioner – Life Coaching
Accredited Practitioner – Havening Techniques
Level Two Practitioner – Emotional Freedom Technique
Practitioner – Matrix Re-imprinting
LCS Level 3A – Strategic Lean Coach (Business Improvement)
Diploma – Nutrition & Weight Management
Certificate – Sports Nutrition, Childhood Obesity & Pre/Post Natal Nutrition
I’m a fully accredited member of the Life Coach Directory and a Senior master of the ACCPH meaning I’ve been vetted to ensure I carry the relevant qualifications.
In 2016 I set out on a mission to be the best me I could be. This meant a total body transformation and a thorough mind-set overhaul.
I am still on the journey and remain focused and motivated to reach my goals which at the moment include training to compete in the kettlebell marathon world championships in November. I’ve qualified to represent my country and as UK record holder and British Champion in the veteran class for 16kg kettlebell marathon, I feel it necessary to give my very best.
One of the most satisfying outcomes of my journey so far has been the ability to support thousands of women and men who are also trying to be the best versions of themselves.
