This programme is for you if everything feels too much and you are struggling to keep all of the balls in the air. If you find yourself snapping at loved ones or are short-tempered, potentially experiencing panic attacks, feeling nervous, anxious or fidgety you are experiencing the symptoms of stress. Coffee, alcohol and maybe even cocaine will be your friend right now and your weight will be fluctuating.

The programme will commence with a cortisol test and a full diagnostic review to understand if you are experiencing level 1 or level 2 stress. Once we know what we are dealing with, I’ll work with you for an hour every week for ten weeks applying a series of tools tailored to your needs. These could include hypnosis, specific breathing techniques and the emotional freedom technique to reduce your stress levels.
I’ll work with you to review how you use stimulants and we’ll create a plan together to reduce these over the period, as well as working through the cognitive thinking cycle to evaluate the external stressors and take steps to eliminate these.
