Peter is a transformation specialist with a strong financial background from initial strategy through to execution. Peter has extensive experience encompassing the full value chain of business transformation covering Voice of the Customer, process re-engineering, renovation of performance metrics, talent engagement programs and learning & development to embed new ways of working. Peter works with financial institutions across the globe looking at cognitive process transformation, service centre innovation and the implementation of new operating models enabling business, technology and people to operate most effectively. Perhaps most importantly, Peter does extensive work linking workforce and culture transformation to customer journey transformation leading to enhanced business performance. He leads the Global Business Service (GBS) APAC Centre of Competence serving clients as a senior advisor across the Banking & Financial Markets Industry. Prior to this Peter worked across Europe as part of the Lloyds Integrated Account team on an enterprise-wide cloud and digital transformation program. Relevant experience Nearly thirty years of experience in-house at various Investment & Transaction Banks including JP Morgan, UBS and Deutsche Bank as well as Enterprise-wide Business Transformation Consulting at KPMG. Peter has extensive experience in leading complex transformational engagements from the customer & business user perspective around the world, having lived and worked in fourteen countries. Under Peter’s leadership, IBM has deepened its subject matter expertise from a hands-on user perspective leading to a more intimate understanding of client requirements and how to solve the right problems effectively. He has developed frameworks around Inspiration, Connection and Engagement for organisations to help lead them systematically and enthusiastically through large-scale transformation and embed new ways of working. His client base has included Lloyds, ING, Prudential, Royal London as well as an array of APAC financial institutions.
