Welcome to this week’s episode of The Mindset Mentor Meets Podcast which hears Angela interviewing Lou Banks, CEO, Rising Vibe.

About our guest

With 25 years of experience in operations and business coaching, Lou Banks is Founder and CEO of Rising Vibe Ltd and has developed one mission – to use emotion to drive change. It’s about being ok, with not being ok. It’s about building trust so that we feel safe to share how we really feel. It’s about feeling better so that we do better. Getting to grips with emotion is the game-changer that can allow us to reach our true potential. Lou speaks to the individual. An articulate, high energy communicator, she gets right to the heart of the issue, unafraid to challenge and quick to inspire. She makes real connections with real people, challenging mindset to enhance performance, balancing soft skills with a heavy dose of reality.

About this show

Lou talks about being in the British Gymnastics team when she was 14 and how the mindset of that time has carried forward into her business career.

She says that she “fell” into the corporate world after first starting out as an aerobics instructor. A PA at B&Q was the first port of call and Lou describes herself as someone who always challenges, a trait that was not always well received.

Lou says her biggest lesson is when things go wrong, think about what could go better. It doesn’t have to be a big change, she says that 1% of change is often enough.

Championing men through her ’call out the men’ brother brand, Lou is committed to ensuring men don’t get left behind when it comes to emotional wellbeing.

An uplifting and inspiring half hour.
