Kathy joined FitFlop in January 2015 and is now Global People Director. With a presence in over 64 countries Fitflop’s focus is on delivering the best in biomechanics with the belief that for a shoe to be really cool it’s got to be comfortable. FitFlop employs around 250 people across 7 countries having undergone significant growth and digital transformation.
Prior to FitFlop, Kathy spent 4 years as Head of HR at online fast-fashion retailer boohoo.com during an exciting time of growth and expansion. Before moving into the world of retail Kathy held various HR roles within the hotel industry.
